    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
  • Delivery Time:
    Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take up to 10-15 business days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery location. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.
  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Note:

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
  • If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
